Sikeston Kiwanis

Serving the Children of the World

The Sikeston Kiwanis meets weekly, with two meeting times each week.

The Monday night meeting begins at 6 p.m. and is held at the China Buffet restaurant (1207 South Main in Sikeston).

For members unable to meet on Monday nights due to work or family commitments, another meeting is held every Tuesday at noon, also at the China Buffet restaurant.

The typical meeting begins with a meal and fellowship. Following the Pledge of Allegiance and an invocation, a business meeting is held.  Often, the club hosts guest speakers to bring a program or information of interest to the group. The typical meeting lasts an hour or less.

At the group's meeting on December 19, 2011, four members were recognized for having over 35 years each of continuous membership in the Sikeston Kiwanis chapter.  These members are pictured below, being presented with a Kiwanis watch by club president Jack Vincent.
